摘　　要：目的:探讨5步读图法在提升住院医师规范化培训中心电图判读临床技能教学中的优势并评价其教学效果.方法:招募2020年7月至2021年期间于我院住院医师规范化培训的60名非心内科专业住院医师作为研究对象,随机入组为对照组(n=30)和试验组(n=30).两组均先进行总计4个课时的心电图知识全盘梳理,对照组增加心电图实例讨论课时,试验组增加5步读图的判读教学课时,最终再次进行心电图判读考核和问卷采集,比较分析对照组和试验组在结课时的心电图考试成绩及对主动性的改善度和课程满意度.结果:试验组的考试正确度、完整度明显高于对照组,存在统计学差异(P<0.05);试验组的空题率显著低于对照组;在主动性改善评价中,试验组学员主动性更高;试验组对附加的5步读图课时的教学满意度也明显高于对照组.Objective:To explore the advantages of the five-step ECG reading method in improving the clinical ECG interpretation skills of residents during standardized training,and to evaluate its teaching effectiveness.Methods:Sixty non-cardiology resident physicians undergoing standardized training in our hospital from July 2020 to 2021 were recruited as study participants.They were randomly assigned to either the control group(n=30)or the experimental group(n=30).Both groups underwent a total of four class sessions on ECG knowledge.The control group received additional sessions on case discussions of ECG interpretations,while the experimental group received additional sessions focusing on the five-step ECG reading method.Both groups were later evaluated through an ECG interpretation test and a questionnaire.The results from the test and the questionnaire responses were used to compare the final ECG exam scores,improvement in initiative,and satisfaction with the courses between the two groups.Results:The experimental group showed significantly higher accuracy and completeness in ECG interpretation compared to the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The rate of unanswered questions was also significantly lower in the experimental group.In terms of initiative improvement,participants in the experimental group displayed higher levels of proactivity.Additionally,the satisfaction with the added five-step reading method sessions was significantly higher in this group compared to the control group.
