摘 要:目的:探讨影响住院医师规范化培训(简称规培)学员消化科出科考核成绩的相关因素.方法:收集130名规培学员在消化科出科考核的成绩作为因变量;采取性别、年龄、自身专业、学历等14项研究因素作为自变量.先行Spearman单因素分析,再纳入其中有统计学意义的自变量进行多元线性回归分析.结果:规培学员与老师互动沟通情况、参与教学活动次数、自主学习微课次数是出科考核成绩的独立预测因素.结论:规培学员的学习主动性与规培效果密切相关.增加师生互动、加强师生沟通及创新教学有利于提升培训效果.Objective:To explore the factors influencing the performance of standardized resident training trainees in gastroenterology exit exams.Methods:Data from 130 trainees on their gastroenterology exit exam scores were collected as the dependent variable.Fourteen independent variables,including gender,age,specialty,and education level,were analyzed.Spearmans rank correlation was initially used for univariate analysis,followed by multiple linear regression analysis for statistically significant variables.Results:Interaction and communication with instructors,participation in teaching activities,and the number of self-study microcourses were identified as independent predictors of exit exam scores.Conclusion:The proactive learning approach of trainees is closely related to the effectiveness of training.Enhancing teacher-student interaction,improving communication,and innovating teaching methods are beneficial for improving trainingoutcomes.
