摘　　要：大学生创业意愿是推动创业行为的关键前提。为探讨个人因素和环境因素如何相互作用激发大学生创业意愿,进而激励更多犹豫不决的大学生投身于创新创业中,本研究基于三元交互理论,采用模糊集定性比较分析方法,探讨了创业者人格特质与创业环境支持的互动作用对大学生创业意愿的影响。研究结果识别出大学生产生高创业意愿的3条路径,分别为“成长双翼助飞型”、“天时地利人和型”和“家策双助领袖型”。这些路径为制定支持大学生创业的政策提供理论和实践的指导作用。The entrepreneurial intention of college students is a crucial prerequisite for initiating entrepreneurial behavior.To investigate how personal and environmental factors interact to motivate college students’entrepreneurial intentions,we employ fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis based on the ternary interaction theory.This approach examines the interplay between entrepreneurial personality traits and environmental support on college students’entrepreneurial intentions,aiming to encourage more indecisive college students to pursue innovation and entrepreneurship.Our findings reveal three distinct paths that lead to high entrepreneurial intention:the“entrepreneurial intention driven by family support and school education type”,the“entrepreneurial talents supported by favourable timing,geographical advantages,and human capital type”,and the“entrepreneurial potential stimulated by family support and policy assistance”.These three configurations offer theoretical and practical guidance for developing supportive policies concerning the college student entrepreneurship.
