摘　　要：从林木枝条、草本作物秸秆和农产品生产加工副产物等几个方面综述了香菇新型培养料的相关研究及生产应用进展,对现状和前景进行讨论,以期为新型培养原料替代传统木屑生产香菇提供参考依据。The research and production progress were reviewed,including tree branches,herbaceous crop straw,and by-products of agricultural product processing.The current status and prospects were discussed,in order to provide reference for new cultivation materials to replace traditional sawdust in the production of Lentinula edodes.
