摘　　要：概述了智能液碱灌装系统的软硬件构成及其作业流程,通过鹤管自动对位和定量灌装技术,实现了液碱灌装的自动化和精准化,通过人工智能算法模型和PLC高速计数器接入电磁流量计脉冲信号来控制并计算累计流量。该系统不仅提高了灌装效率,还增强了操作安全性,为液碱灌装提供了创新解决方案。This paper summarizes the software and hardware composition and operation process of the intel-ligent liquid caustic soda filling system.Through the automatic alignment of the crane tube and quantitative filling technology,the automation and precision of liquid caustic soda filling are realized.The artificial intel-ligence algorithm model and PLC high-speed counter are used to access the electromagnetic flowmeter pulse signal to control and calculate the cumulative flow.The system not only improves the filling efficiency but also enhances the operation safety,providing an innovative solution for liquid caustic soda filling.
