微创环切术植入种植体与常规翻瓣植入种植体治疗单牙牙体病损的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较微创环切术植入种植体与常规翻瓣植入种植体治疗单牙牙体病损的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2020年12月至2022年12月我院收治的82例单牙牙体病损患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组行常规翻瓣种植术,观察组行微创环切术植入种植体。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的手术时间及术后疼痛持续时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的牙槽嵴骨吸收量低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的牙龈乳头高度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后3个月的红色美学评分(PES)评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率为4.88%,显著低于对照组的19.51%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创环切术利于缩短单牙牙体病损患者的手术时间、疼痛持续时间,减少牙槽嵴顶骨吸收,提高美观度,且安全性高,值得临床应用和推广。Objective To compare the clinical effects of minimally invasive circumcision implant and conventional flap implant in the treatment of single tooth dental lesions.Methods The clinical data of 82 patients with single tooth dental lesions admitted in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group underwent conventional flap implant,and the observation group underwent minimally invasive circumcision implant.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time and postoperative pain duration of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The alveolar ridge bone absorption in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the height of gingival papilla between the two groups(P>0.05).The Pink Esthetic Score(PES)score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 3 months after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.88%,which was significantly lower than 19.51%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive circumcision is beneficial to shorten the operation time and pain duration of patients with single tooth dental lesions,reduce alveolar crest bone resorption,and improve aesthetics with high safety.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
