摘　　要：目的探讨超短波、调制中频电刺激联合红外线照射治疗急性周围性面瘫的效果。方法选取2021年9月1日至2022年11月30日于我院神经内科门诊就诊的133例急性周围性面瘫患者为研究对象,按照治疗方案不同将其分为对照组(71例)和治疗组(62例)。对照组给予常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上应用超短波、调制中频电刺激联合红外线照射治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的House-Brankmann分级优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的Portmann、社会功能评分高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的显痊率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超短波、调制中频电刺激联合红外线照射可显著改善急性周围性面瘫患者的面部神经、肌肉功能,进一步提高临床疗效,改善生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of ultrashort wave,modulated intermediate frequency electrical stimulation combined with infrared irradiation in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis.Methods A total of 133 patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis who were treated in the neurology clinic of our hospital from September 1,2021 to November 30,2022 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group(71 cases)and treatment group(62 cases)according to different treatment schemes.The control group was given conventional drug treatment,and the treatment group was treated with ultrashort wave,modulated intermediate frequency electrical stimulation combined with infrared irradiation on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the House-Brankmann grading of the two groups was better than that before treatment,that of the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Portmann and social function scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,those in the treatment group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective and cure rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrashort wave,modulated intermediate frequency electrical stimulation combined with infrared irradiation can significantly improve the facial nerve and muscle function of patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis,further elevate the clinical efficacy and ameliorate the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
