摘　　要：目的探讨基于积极心理学的动机性访谈对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者自我效能感及生活质量的影响。方法选取2021年8月至2022年8月我院收治的200例COPD患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组开展常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上开展基于积极心理学的动机性访谈。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)及最大通气量(MVV)高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分高于对照组,慢性阻塞性肺病评估测试(CAT)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于积极心理学的动机性访谈可改善COPD患者的心理状态,提高肺功能、自我效能感、生活质量及护理满意度。Objective To explore the effects of motivational interview based on positive psychology on self-efficacy and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 200 patients with COPD admitted in our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing,and the observation group carried out motivational interview based on positive psychology on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC)and maximal ventilatory volume(MVV)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the COPD Assessment Test(CAT)score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Motivational interview based on positive psychology can improve the psychological state of COPD patients,improve lung function,self-efficacy,quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
