摘 要:面对医学领域疾病病种、病情不断地复杂化,如何培养具有临床诊疗和临床科研双重能力的医务工作者成为当下医学专业学位研究生教育的重要任务,对于有效保障人们健康同样具有重要意义。基于问题的学习(PBL)模式逐渐成为我国医学教育模式的一种重要形式,在提升医学生解决临床问题能力的同时,可以很好地激发其科研思路,对培养和提升医学专业学位研究生双重能力具有良好的促进作用,日益成为医学生教育领域研究的热点之一。本文通过对相关的文献进行综合论述,旨在分析PBL的应用背景与现状、待解决的关键问题以及未来的发展展望,进一步探索PBL模式在医学专业学位研究生科研能力培养中的价值,为构建符合我国医学教育发展要求的研究生培养模式提供有效的依据和支持。In the face of the complexity of diseases and conditions in the medical field,how to cultivate medical workers with the dual ability of clinical diagnosis and treatment and clinical scientific research has become an important task of current medical professional degree postgraduate education,which is also of great significance for effectively protecting people's health.Problem-based learning(PBL)model has gradually become an important form of medical education model in China.While improving the ability of medical students to solve clinical problems,it can well stimulate their scientific research ideas,and has a good role in promoting the cultivation and improvement of the dual ability of medical professional degree postgraduates.It has increasingly become one of the hotspots in the field of medical students'education.Based on the comprehensive discussion of relevant literature,this paper aims to analyze the application background and current situation of PBL,the key problems to be solved and the future development prospect,and further explore the value of PBL mode in the cultivation of scientific research ability of medical professional degree postgraduates,so as to provide effective basis and support for the construction of postgraduate training mode in line with the development requirements of medical education in China.
