摘　　要：随着人口老龄化来临,老年滤泡性淋巴瘤(FL)患者比例上升。老年FL患者的治疗强调个体化原则,以改善肿瘤相关症状为前提,生活质量的改善为目标。因此中国抗癌协会血液肿瘤专业委员会、中华医学会血液学分会淋巴细胞疾病学组、中国滤泡淋巴瘤工作组、中国老年医学学会血液学分会、中国抗癌协会淋巴瘤专业委员会和中国老年保健协会淋巴瘤专业委员会组织相关专家制订了本共识。In the general population of China,the number of older patients with follicular lymphoma(FL)will continue to increase with age.The treatment of elderly patients with FL is based on individual principles,which focuses on the improvement of tumor-related symptoms and quality of life.To improve the diagnosis and treatment of elderly patients with FL in China,several organizations(i.e.,Hematology Oncology Committee of China Anti-Cancer Association,etc.)have gathered relevant experts to formulate this consensus.
