摘　　要：目的探究宫颈癌患者组织和血清外泌体中长链非编码RNA DLX6-AS1(lncRNA DLX6-AS1)的表达及临床意义。方法纳入2022年4月至2023年4月在海南西部中心医院妇科收治的82例宫颈癌患者作为观察组,82例子宫肌瘤女性作为对照组,收集患者术后宫颈癌组织及血清外泌体。通过实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)检测组织样本、血清外泌体中lncRNA DLX6-AS1的表达水平;通过受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析lncRNA DLX6-AS1对宫颈癌的临床诊断价值。结果观察组患者组织、血清外泌体中lncRNA DLX6-AS1相对表达量显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。不同FIGO分期及淋巴结转移情况的观察组患者宫颈癌组织、血清外泌体中lncRNA DLX6-AS1的相对表达量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。宫颈癌组织、血清外泌体中lncRNA DLX6-AS1单独及联合诊断宫颈癌的曲线下面积分别为0.740、0.692和0.781。结论宫颈癌患者组织及血清外泌体中lncRNA DLX6-AS1表达水平较高,且与FIGO分期、淋巴结转移相关,可能作为预测宫颈癌及严重程度的重要生物学标志物。Objective To investigate the expression levels and clinical significance of long non-coding RNA DLX6-AS1(lncRNA DLX6-AS1)in tissues and serum exosomes of cervical cancer patients.Methods Eighty-two cervical cancer patients admitted between April 2022 and April 2023 at the Department of Gynecology,Hainan West Central Hospital were included as the study group,and 82 women with uterine fibroids were selected as the control group.Cervical cancer tissues and serum exosomes were collected postoperatively from the patients.The expression levels of lncRNA DLX6-AS1 in tissue samples and serum exosomes were quantified using real-time quantitative PCR(qRT-PCR).The clinical diagnostic value of lncRNA DLX6-AS1 for cervical cancer was evaluated using receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis.Results The relative expression levels of lncRNA DLX6-AS1 in both cervical cancer tissues and serum exosomes were significantly higher in the study group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Statistical differences in lncRNA DLX6-AS1 expression were observed in cervical cancer tissues and serum exosomes among patients at different FIGO stages and with lymph node metastasis or not(P<0.05).The area under the ROC curve(AUC)for diagnosing cervical cancer using lncRNA DLX6-AS1 alone in tissue,alone in serum exosomes,and in combination were 0.740,0.692,and 0.781,respectively.Conclusion Elevated expression levels of lncRNA DLX6-AS1 in both tissues and serum exosomes are associated with cervical cancer and its severity.lncRNA DLX6-AS1 may serve as a potential biomarker for the diagnosis and prognosis of cervical cancer.
