摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎是一种持续性或反复发作的慢性非特异性肠道炎症性疾病,目前其病因与发病机制尚未明确。核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3(NLPR3)炎症小体是一类在固有免疫中能启动炎症反应、诱导细胞焦亡的高分子蛋白复合物。近年来的研究显示,NLRP3炎症小体及相关通路作为固有免疫的重要组成部分,通过激活炎症反应、诱导细胞焦亡在溃疡性结肠炎的发生、发展过程中起到了重要的作用。现就NLRP3炎症小体及相关通路与溃疡性结肠炎之间的关系进行综述,为后续相关研究提供参考。Ulcerative colitis is a persistent or recurrent chronic non-specific inflammatory disease of the intestine,and its etiology and pathogenesis are currently unclear.NLPR3 inflammasome is a type of high molecular protein complex that can initiate inflammatory responses and induce cell pyroptosis in innate immunity.Recent studies have shown that NLRP3 inflammasomes and related pathways,as important components of innate immunity,play an important role in the occurrence and development of ulcerative colitis by activating inflammatory responses and inducing cell pyroptosis.This article reviews the relationship between NLRP3 inflammasome and related pathways and ulcerative colitis,providing reference for subsequent related research.
