摘 要:研究发现防爆车液压转向系统中存在的压力调节不均的现象,针对这一问题,利用动力学和虚位移理论,对转向系统进行优化。首先是对阻力矩及油缸参数的优化,同时得到油缸两侧的输出压力大小;其次,利用液压泵和约束条件的优化,实现转向动力参数以及动力因子等条件的改善;最后,研究选取DFH-1203G型号的化学危险品运输防爆车辆进行优化前后的对照实验,实验结果表明,优化后的系统压力变化趋于平稳,并最终稳定在225 MPa,与初始极易波动的压力变化趋势相比,优化车辆实现了自动化的压力调节,能够使防爆车辆得到更高的运输效率和安全性。The study found the phenomenon of uneven pressure regulation in the system,and in response to this problem,the study optimised the steering system using dynamics and virtual displacement theory.The first is the optimisation of the resisting moment and cylinder parameters,while obtaining the output pressure magnitude on both sides of the cylinder;then the optimisation of the hydraulic pump and constraints are used to achieve the improvement of the steering power parameters as well as the power factor and other conditions.Finally,the study selected DFH-1203G model chemical hazardous materials transport explosion-proof vehicles before and after the optimization of control experiments,the experimental results show that the optimized system pressure change tends to be stable,and ultimately stabilized at 225 MPa,compared with the initial fluctuation of the pressure trend,the optimization of the vehicle to achieve an automated pressure regulation,which can make explosion-proof vehicles to get a higher transport efficiency and safety.
