摘 要:以EBZ-135型悬臂式掘进机为研究对象,介绍一种基于有限元分析的矿井掘进机截齿排列优化方法。该方法主要将掘进机截割头参数录入ANSYS有限元分析软件中,由软件自动构建出截割头有限元模型,之后分别在横切与钻进工况条件下分析截齿的受力情况,以此寻找出截割头受力薄弱点,最后根据寻找出来的薄弱点制定最佳的截齿排列优化方案,改善截割头乃至整个掘进机的受力性能,提升煤矿掘进作业效率,确认该方法具有一定应用价值。Taking EBZ-135 cantilever type roadheader as the research object,a method of optimising the arrangement of cut-off teeth of mine roadheader based on finite element analysis is introduced.This method mainly records the parameters of the cut-off head of the roadheader into ANSYS finite element analysis software,and the finite element model of the cut-off head is automatically constructed by the software,and then the force of the cut-off teeth is analysed in the cross-cutting and drilling conditions respectively,so as to find out the weak points of the cut-off head,and finally,the best optimization plan for the arrangement of the cut-off teeth is formulated according to the weak points found out,so as to improve the force performance of the cut-off head and even the entire roadheader,and enhance the operation of coal mine.Finally,the best optimisation plan of the cutter head and the whole roadheader is formulated according to the weak points found,which improves the force performance of the cutter head and the whole roadheader,and enhances the efficiency of coal mine roadheading operation,and confirms that this method has certain application value.
