摘  要:数字经济快速发展的新阶段推动着商业模式的创新与变革。分析了员工感知和自我调节学习能力对可持续性商业模式创新的影响。结果表明,员工感知和自我调节学习能力正向影响可持续性商业模式创新,大数据能力与组织敏捷性也呈现显著中介效应,并形成员工感知和自我调节学习能力→大数据能力→组织敏捷性→可持续性商业模式创新的路径机制。在此基础上,进一步研究了差异化的主体对中介效应与商业模式的影响路径的不同影响路径。The new stage of rapid development of digital economy is driving the innovation and change of business models.The impact of employee perception and self-regulation learning capability on sustainability business model innovation was analyzed.The results show that employee perception and self-regulation learning capability positively affect sustainability business model innovation,big data capability and organizational agility also show significant mediating effects,and form the path of employee perception and self-regulation learning capability→big data capability→organizational agility→sustainability business model innovation Mechanism.On this basis,the differentiated subjects’different influence paths on the mediating effect and the influence path of business model are further investigated.
