摘　　要：地方院校服务区域经济发展更具有适配性优势,服务区域产业人才需求也是地方院校在新质生产力背景下的重要责任。生态位理论、资源依赖理论、交易费用等理论可以为地方院校高质量人才培养提供理论指导及路径搭建依据,指导“政企学研用”合作模式下人才高质量发展的路径取舍。通过文献梳理、政策梳理、“政企学研用”合作模式汇总,为地方院校高质量人才培养路径的确立,建立“政企学研用”高质量人才培养协作体系,完善高质量人才培养的师资队伍建设制度,以及课程建设制度等方面提供理论指导。Local colleges and universities have more adaptive advantages in serving regional economy,and the development of education service regional economy is also the responsibility of local colleges and universities.Niche theory,resource dependence theory and transaction cost theory can provide theoretical framework and interpretation for high-quality talent training in local colleges and universities,and guide the path selection of high-quality talent development under the cooperation mode of“government,enterprise,study and research”.Through literature review and model summary,a path choice was provided for the training of high-quality talents in local colleges and universities from the aspects of establishing the goal of high-quality talents training,establishing a five-in-one talent training system of“government,industry,university and research”,and improving the system of teacher team construction and curriculum construction for talent training.
