摘  要:在教育数字化转型深化之际,教师数字素养直接影响着教育质量和成效,亟需探索创新培养路径,据此,结合人工智能的发展,本研究提出走向人机结队的教师数字素养发展团队化路径的主张。研究在剖析教师数字素养内涵和发展挑战的基础上,通过基于个人和基于团队两种不同的教师数字素养提升路径,明晰了团队化发展的趋势和意义。其次,提出了人机结队团队作为高胜任力团队的形态,进而分析了促进教师数字素养跃升的机理,并形成了教师数字素养团队化发展的概念框架。再次,依据团队化研究、群体动力学以及人本人工智能理论,从团队建设角度,构建起包含微观个体、中观团队、宏观组织在内的团队多层次构建模型,同时针对团队任务、成员角色、协同机制三个关键要素阐释了人机结队团队的构建策略,并强调了共同主体性的保障策略。最后,对于人机结队团队发展的意义和价值进行了总结。At a time when the digital transformation of education is deepening,teachers’digital literacy directly affects the quality and effectiveness of education,and there is an urgent need to explore innovative and effective paths.Combined with the development of artificial intelligence,this study puts forward the proposition of a team-based pathway towards human-AI teaming for the development of teachers’digital literacy.The study first analyses the concepts of teams and teacher teams based on the connotation and development challenges of teachers’digital literacy,and confirms the trend and significance of teaming development through two different individual-based and team-based pathways to improve teachers’digital literacy.Secondly,the human-AI teaming team is proposed as a form of high-competency team,after which the mechanism of promoting the leap in teachers’digital literacy is specifically analyzed,and a conceptual framework for the teaming development of teachers’digital literacy is proposed.Finally,based on teaming research,group dynamics and human-centered artificial intelligence theory,the study constructs a multilevel model of team building that includes micro-individuals,meso-teams,and macro-organizations from the perspective of team building,and at the same time explains the human-AI team building strategy in terms of the three key elements of team building,namely,team tasks,member roles,and synergistic mechanisms,with special emphasis on the strategy of guaranteeing co-agency.The article concludes with a summary of the significance and value of human-AI team development.
