摘　　要：应激可以引起大脑功能与结构的损伤,是多种精神疾病发生的重要风险因素。Nectins是近期发现的一种细胞黏附分子,介导多种类型细胞间连接,尤其是神经元之间的突触联系,进而参与多种生理、病理过程。本文基于临床前研究,综述了Nectins在应激所致中枢神经系统功能与结构紊乱中的作用,以及其可能的作用机制。Stress damages the function and structure of the brain and then becomes one of the risk factors for many psychiatric disorders.Nectins were recently discovered as cell adhesion molecules mediating many types of intercellular connections,especially synaptic connections between neurons,and thus involved in various physiological and pathological processes.Based on preclinical studies,the paper reviews the role of nectins in stress-induced functional and structural disorders of the central nervous system and the possible mechanisms involved.
