超声引导下麦默通乳腺微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声引导下麦默通乳腺微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤患者的临床效果。方法:选取2023年1月至2024年1月郑州市第三人民医院的乳腺良性肿瘤患者60名,采用随机数表法分为麦默通组和开放式组,每组各30名。开放式组应用传统开放式手术治疗,麦默通组应用超声引导下麦默通乳腺微创旋切术治疗,记录两组手术指标与并发症发生情况,并做好统计学分析。结果:麦默通组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及切口瘢痕长度明显优于开放式组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。麦默通组与开放式组并发症发生率分别为3.33%、26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用超声引导下麦默通乳腺微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤效果显著,手术时间短,出血少,且并发症风险较低。这种微创手术方式对患者来说更为安全、高效,有助于快速恢复,是乳腺良性肿瘤治疗的优选方案。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided Mammotome minimally invasive breast gyrotomy in the treatment of patients with benign breast tumors.METHODS:Sixty patients with benign breast tumors from the Third People's Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into Mammotome group and open group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The open group was treated with traditional open surgery,while the Mammotome group was treated with ultrasound-guided Mammotome minimally invasive breast gyrotomy.The occurrence of surgical indexes and complications of the two groups were recorded and statistical analysis was made.RESULTS:Operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay and incision scar length in the Mammotome group were significantly better than those in the open group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidences of complications of the Mammotome group and the open group were 3.33%and 26.67%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The use of ultrasound-guided Mammotome minimally invasive breast gyrotomy in the treatment of benign breast tumors is effective,with short operative time,less bleeding and lower risk of complications.This minimally invasive surgical procedure is safer and more efficient for patients,contributes to rapid recovery,and is a preferred option for the treatment of benign breast tumors.
