摘  要:协同机制建设是高职院校实现“三全育人”的关键。高职院校应主动应对当前育人主体合力不足、育人环节衔接不畅、育人载体联动不强等问题,通过解析“三全育人”协同机制内涵,把握机制建设关键,构建以全员动力制度为前提、全过程管培体系为重点、全方位浸润式载体为保障的“三全育人”协同机制,全面提升高职院校育人质效。The The construction of a collaborative mechanism is key for vocational colleges to achieve the goal of“three complete education”.Vocational colleges should proactively address current issues such as insufficient synergy among educational stakeholders,poor connection between educational stages,and weak interaction of educational platforms.By analyzing the connotation of the“Three-Wide Education”collaborative mechanism and identifying key aspects of its construction,they can establish a system of collective motivation as a foundation,focus on a full-process management and training system,and ensure comprehensive immersive platforms.This will create a collaborative mechanism for“Three-Wide Education”characterized by collective motivation,whole-process connectivity,and comprehensive immersion,ultimately enhancing the quality and effectiveness of education in vocational colleges.
