摘  要:新时代劳模精神作为中国共产党人精神谱系的重要组成部分,既代表革命胜利的关键支撑力,又具有建设发展的内生推动力,还蕴含改革复兴的实践引领力,体现丰富的育人价值和强大的育人功能。与时俱进地开展劳模精神教育,书写劳动模范事迹,推进劳模精神进教材,既是弘扬中国共产党人精神谱系、培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人的必然要求,也是传承中华劳动美德、丰富育人资源的必然要求。劳模精神进教材要解决好“进什么”“怎么进”“进多少”“进到哪”等关键问题,始终坚持方向性、科学性、规律性和协同性的有机统一,为新时代育人提供深厚精神养料和正确价值取向。As important component part of the spiritual genealogy of the CPC,the spirit of the model worker in the new era represents the key supporting force of revolutionary victory,the endogenous driving force of construction and development,and the practical leading force of reform and rejuvenation,and embodies a rich nurturing value and a powerful nurturing function.Carrying out education on the spirit of model workers with the times,writing about the deeds of model workers,and promoting the spirit of model workers into the curriculum materials are the inevitable requirements for carrying forward the spiritual genealogy of the Chinese Communist Party and cultivating newcomers to the era who will take up the great responsibility of national rejuvenation,and inheriting the Chinese virtue of labor and enriching the resources of human education.For the spirit of model workers into curriculum materials,we should solve the key issues of“what”,“how”,“into how much”,“into where”and adhered to the organic unity of direction,scientificity,regularity and synergy all the time,so as to provide profound spiritual nourishment and correct value orientation for the education of people in the new era.
