摘  要:专业学位研究生培养以提升职业能力为导向,产学融合是达成MBA教育目的的重要途径,但现实中MBA学员很难参与企业管理决策。通过构建案例开发对接高校、企业和学员三方利益需求的理论框架,发现三方的核心利益需求均可部分由案例开发实现,且经由案例开发与案例教学可实现三者的相互交叠。提出以案例开发为切入点,以真实商业环境和管理事件为基础,对企业的敏感核心数据进行学术处理,以避免泄漏,从而达成产学融合,并提出了具体的实现路径。The training of professional degree graduate students is oriented to improve their professional ability,and the integration of industry and education is an important way to achieve the purpose of MBA education.However,it is difficult for enterprises to accept MBA students to participate in enterprise management decisions.By constructing the theoretical framework of case development to meet the interests of universities,enterprises and students,it is found that the core interests of the three parties can be partially realized by case development,and the overlap of the three parties can be realized through case development and case teaching.It is proposed that with case development as the entry point,based on real business environment and management events,academic processing of sensitive core data of enterprises is used to avoid data leakage,so as to achieve the effect of the integration of industry and education.
