摘 要:随着爆破技术的不断发展,水压爆破技术在工程中应用越来越广泛。为分析不同水压爆破装药结构对爆破围岩扰动情况以及爆破成型效果方面的差异,采用数值模拟软件分别对连续装药、空气不耦合以及水袋不耦合三种装药情况进行模拟。结果表明:水压爆破装药结构中,可以使用水袋代替部分炸药,达到减少装药量,节约施工成本。水压爆破装药结构对于岩石破坏区边界的平整度均高于连续装药结构与空气不耦合装药结构,且水袋在炮孔中分布越均匀,岩石破坏区边界的平整度越高,爆破成型效果越好,更能适应复杂的地质条件,有效减少超欠挖情况。通过在实际工程中对周边孔使用水压爆破装药结构与原方案进行对比试验,验证了水压爆破结构相较于其他装药结构的优越性。With the continuous development of blasting technology,hydraulic blasting technology is more and more widely used in engineering.In order to analyze the differences of different hydraulic blasting charging structures,the numerical simulation software is used to simulate the continuous charging,air uncoupling and water bag uncoupling.The results show that the part of the explosive to reduce the charge and save the construction cost.hydraulic blasting loading structure for the rock destruction area boundary flatness is higher than the continuous charging structure and air uncoupling charging structure,and the water bag in the gun hole,the higher the flatness of the rock destruction area boundary,blasting forming effect is better,more able to adapt to the complex geological conditions,effectively reduce super under digging.through the actual engineering of the surrounding hole using hydraulic blasting charging structure with the original test,verify the superiority of hydraulic blasting structure compared with other charging structure.
