国外公共图书馆老年人健康信息服务模式对我国的启示

摘　　要：随着我国逐步进入老龄化社会,老年人的健康信息需求逐步上升,注重健康信息服务是公共图书馆提升服务质量的重要一环。文章通过网络调查法、文献调查法等方法梳理了加拿大、日本、美国三个国家公共图书馆的健康信息服务模式,分析汇总了国外公共图书馆为老年人提供健康服务的优秀案例和服务特点。根据国外公共图书馆的经验,得出我国公共图书馆可以从机构联合、创新服务、结合多媒体、完善团队建设等四个方面开展老年人健康信息服务,从而助力健康中国战略的落实。With China gradually entering an aging society,the health information demand of the elderly is gradually rising,and paying attention to health information service is an important part of improving the service quality of public libraries.This paper sorts out the health information service modes of public libraries in Canada,Japan and the United States by means of network survey and literature survey,and analyzes and summarizes the excellent cases and service characteristics of foreign public libraries providing health services for the elderly.According to the experience of foreign public libraries,it is concluded that Chinas public libraries can carry out health information services for the elderly from four aspects:organization alliance,innovative service,multimedia integration and team building,so as to help the implementation of the Healthy China Strategy.
