青少年电子产品使用行为异化测评、检出率及干预建议——超越成瘾病理学模式的新视角

摘　　要：成瘾病理学模式的电子产品使用行为现有研究既不利于青少年心理健康发展,也未能解决青少年在使用电子产品时造成的社会功能损伤这个关键问题,其研究结果呈现碎片化趋势。从适应和发展的角度,提出“电子产品使用行为异化”这个概念并阐述其鉴别的理论框架,编制《青少年电子产品使用行为异化量表》,对512名中学生进行问卷调查。结果发现,青少年电子产品使用行为异化是一个包括妨碍睡眠的异化、妨碍工作(或学习)的异化、妨碍线下社交的异化的三因子结构模型;《青少年电子产品使用行为异化量表》具有良好的信效度,其测评性能相比网络成瘾诊断更具有全面和精准的优势;青少年电子产品使用行为的总体异化、妨碍睡眠的异化、妨碍工作(或学习)的异化和妨碍线下社交的异化的检出率依次为9.8%、7.2%、6.8%和1.6%。因此,促进良好睡眠和工作(或学习)功能的达成是当前青少年电子产品使用行为异化干预的重点所在。The existing studies on electronic product use behaviors based on the addictive pathology model are not only detrimental to the mental health of juveniles,but also fail to address the key issue of social function impairment in juveniles′electronic product use behaviors.The research outcomes have shown a trend of fragmentation.From the perspective of adaptation and development,this study proposes the concept of"alienation of electronic product use behavior",elaborates on its theoretical framework,and develops a scale for measuring the alienation of juveniles′electronic product use behaviors.Furthermore,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 512 secondary school students.The results reveal that the alienation of juveniles′electronic product use behaviors is a three-factor structural model that includes the alienation of sleep disturbance,work/study disturbance,and offline social interaction disturbance.The newly developed scale has proven its reliability and validity,and its assessment performance is more comprehensive and precise compared to the diagnosis of internet addiction.The detection rates for overall alienation of juveniles,the alienation of sleep disturbance,work/study disturbance,and offline social interaction disturbance are 9.8%,7.2%,6.8%,and 1.6%,respectively.Therefore,healthy sleep and work/study functionality is the key of current intervention to the alienation of juveniles′electronic product use behaviors.
