舒肝解郁胶囊配合文拉法辛缓释胶囊对中年抑郁症患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究中年抑郁症患者治疗中配合使用舒肝解郁胶囊与文拉法辛缓释胶囊的效果。方法:选取宁化县总医院2021年3月—2024年1月收治的154例中年抑郁症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各77例。对照组给予文拉法辛缓释胶囊进行治疗,研究组在对照组基础上配合使用舒肝解郁胶囊。对比两组治疗前后抑郁焦虑症状、睡眠质量、生活质量、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburghsleep Quality Index,PSQI)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组生活质量自评量表(Short Form 36 Questionnaire,SF-36)得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在中年抑郁症患者治疗中配合使用舒肝解郁胶囊与文拉法辛缓释胶囊效果显著、安全性高,能够改善降至抑郁焦虑症状、睡眠质量,提高生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of combining Shugan Jieyu Capsule with Venlafaxine Sustained-release Capsule in the treatment of middle-aged depression patients.Method:A total of 154 middle-aged depression patients admitted to Ninghua County General Hospital from March 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 77 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Venlafaxine Sustained-Release Capsule,and the study group was treated with Shugan Jieyu Capsule on the basis of the control group.The symptoms of depression and anxiety,sleep quality,quality of life,treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the research group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of Short Form 36 Questionnaire(SF-36)of study group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined use of Shugan Jieyu Capsule and Venlafaxine Sustained-Release Capsule in the treatment of middle-aged depression patients has significant effect and high safety,which can improve the symptoms of depression and anxiety,sleep quality and quality of life.
