摘　　要：目的:分析研究广西以壮族为主的上林县历年人群输血依赖型地中海贫血患者临床流行病学特征,评价该县对地中海贫血患者筛查和干预的预防效果。方法:选取2010-2023年上林县人民医院输血依赖型地中海贫血患者作为研究对象,包括该类患者的一般个人信息及地中海贫血基因分型等数据。结果:该县14年累计输血依赖型地中海贫血患者共1068例,新增病例267例,其中新增新生儿50例,地中海贫血基因分型α型、β型、β+α型和不详比率分别为12.92%、26.12%、47.19%和13.76%。β型和β+α型患病率高于广西水平。人群发病率、新增病例和新增新生儿发病率分别为21.48/万、5.37/万和1.01/万,2021-2023年连续三年无新生儿地中海贫血患者出现。结论:该少数民族县输血依赖型地中海贫血患者呈现逐年下降趋势,地中海贫血患者筛查及干预效果明显。Objective:To analyze the clinical epidemiological characteristics of blood transfusion-dependent thalassemia patients in Shanglin County,Guangxi,and evaluate the preventive effect of screening and intervention for thalassemia patients in this county.Method:Datas of patients with transfusion-dependent thalassemia from 2010 to 2023 in the people's Hospital of the Shanglin were collected and analyzed,including general personal information and thalassemia genotyping data.Result:In the past 14 years,there were 1068 patients with transfusion dependent thalassemia in the county,and 267 new cases,including 50 new newborns.The ratio of thalassemia genotypesα,β,β+αand unknown were 12.92%,26.12%,47.19%and 13.76%,respectively.The prevalence ofβtype andβ+αtype was higher than that of Guangxi.The population incidence,new case incidence and new neonatal incidence were 21.48 per ten thousand,5.37 per ten thousand and 1.01 per ten thousand,respectively.There were no neonatal thalassemia patients for three consecutive years from 2021 to 2023.Conclusion:The incidence of transfusion-dependent thalassemia in this minority county showed a decreasing trend year by year,and the screening and intervention of thalassemia patients were effective.
