基于“通督调神法”论针灸治疗失神癫痫

摘　　要：成人失神癫痫病位在脑,病经在督脉,与心、肾等脏腑密切相关,病机属本虚标实,多由情志过极,劳役过度,导致督脉气机逆乱,心肾功能紊乱,神机失用。针刺治疗成人失神癫痫的诊疗思路主要包括发作期取督脉腧穴和部分鬼穴以醒神开窍、祛邪定志;间歇期主取督脉头部腧穴和心肾经原穴以安神定志、养心益肾。通督调神,兼顾心肾,脑神与心肾功能同调,祛邪补虚,标本兼治。Adult absence epilepsy is located in brain.The diseased meridian is Dumai.It is closely related to heart,kidney and other organs.The pathogenesis is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.Due to excessive emotions and overwork,causing reverse disorder of governor’s meridian Qi mechanism,cardiorenal dysfunction,dysfunction of inherent spirit.The diagnosis and treatment ideas of acupuncture treatment of adult absence epilepsy mainly include,during attack period,Dumai acupoints and some ghost acupoints were selected to awaken mind and open orifices,dispel evil and settle mind.During intermittent period,the main acupoints of head of the governor vessel and the original acupoints of the heart and kidney meridians were selected to calm the nerves and nourish the heart and kidney.Tongdu Tiaoshen,balancing heart and kidney,brain spirit and heart and kidney functions in harmony,eliminating evil and tonifying deficiency,treating both symptoms and root causes.
