血府逐瘀汤对宫颈癌患者疼痛程度、致痛因子和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨血府逐瘀汤对宫颈癌患者疼痛程度、致痛因子和生活质量的影响。方法依据治疗方式的不同将90例宫颈癌患者分为观察组(n=46)和对照组(n=44),两组患者均接受顺铂+紫杉醇(TP)方案化疗,对照组患者在此基础上接受盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合血府逐瘀汤治疗。比较两组患者疼痛程度[数字分级评分法(NRS)]、中医证候积分、致痛因子[一氧化氮(NO)、前列腺素E(2 PGE2)]、生活质量[欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生命质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)]。结果治疗1、2、3周,两组患者的NRS评分均低于本组治疗前,观察组患者NRS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗后,两组患者中医证候积分均低于本组治疗前,观察组患者中医证候积分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗后,两组患者NO、PGE2水平均低于本组治疗前,观察组患者NO、PGE2水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗后,两组患者EORTC QLQ-C30各维度评分均高于本组治疗前,观察组患者EORTC QLQ-C30各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论宫颈癌患者采取血府逐瘀汤治疗可缓解癌因性疼痛,降低致痛因子水平,改善临床症状,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the pain levels,pain causing factors,and quality of life in patients with cervical cancer.Method According to different treatment methods,90 cervical cancer patients were divided into observation group(n=46)and control group(n=44).Both groups received cisplatin+paclitaxel(TP)regimen chemotherapy,the control group received oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets,while the observation group received Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the base of the control group.The pain levels[numerical rating scale(NRS)],traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores,pain causing factors[nitric oxide(NO),prostaglandin E2(PGE2)]and quality of life[European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30)]were compared between the two groups.Result After 1,2,and 3 weeks of treatment,the NRS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the NRS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of NO and PGE2 in both groups were lower than those before treatment,the levels of NO and PGE2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of each dimension of EORTC QLQ-C30 in both groups were higher than those before treatment,the scores of each dimension of EORTC QLQ-C30 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The cervical cancer patients treatment with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can alleviate cancer-related pain,reduce levels of pain causing factors,improve
