信息化时代医院声像档案的管理现状与对策

摘　　要：随着医疗信息化的快速发展,宁德师范学院附属宁德市医院的诊疗模式和管理模式正在发生重大变革。如何在信息化浪潮中做好医院声像档案的管理,实现档案数字化和智能化,提高档案利用效率,是宁德师范学院附属宁德市医院面临的一个重要课题。声像档案作为临床医疗活动的重要记录,包含患者的大量私人信息,其管理直接关系医患关系和医疗质量。建立科学合理的声像档案管理制度,不仅可以保障患者隐私安全,还可以促进医院诊疗流程的优化改进。因此,深入研究如何在信息化条件下对宁德师范学院附属宁德市医院声像档案实施精准化智能化管理,实现档案资源的有效整合与共享利用,将会带来档案管理水平和医疗服务质量的整体提升。With the rapid development of medical informatization,the diagnosis and treatment mode and management mode of Ningde Municipal Hospital of Ningde Normal University are undergoing significant changes.How to manage hospital audio-visual archives well in the wave of informatization,achieve digitalization and intelligence of archives,and improve the efficiency of archive utilization is an important issue faced by Ningde Municipal Hospital of Ningde Normal University.As an important record of clinical medical activities,audio-visual archives contain a large amount of personal information of patients,and their management is directly related to the doctor-patient relationship and medical quality.Establishing a scientific and reasonable audio and video file management system can not only ensure patient privacy and safety,but also promote the optimization and improvement of hospital diagnosis and treatment processes.Therefore,in-depth research on how to implement precise and intelligent management of audio-visual archives in Ningde Municipal Hospital of Ningde Normal University under information technology conditions,achieve effective integration and sharing of archive resources,will bring about an overall improvement in archive management level and medical service quality.
