摘 要:目的以提升岗位胜任力为导向,探讨临床案例教学模式在麻醉药理学教学中的应用效果。方法选择我校2020级麻醉学专业学生为教学对象。采用临床案例教学模式进行麻醉药理学课程教学。课程结束后结合学生考评成绩与问卷调查结果评价学生学习能力;同时收集学生对临床案例教学模式满意度及自身岗位胜任力的评价。结果学生在学科知识掌握方面表现良好,学习能力及岗位胜任力得到提升。学生对临床案例教学模式持肯定态度。结论临床案例教学模式能提高学生岗位胜任力,教学效果良好,值得推广。OBJECTIVE This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of usin g a clinical case teaching mode in anesthesia pharmacology instruction,with a f ocus on enhancing job competence.METHODS We chose students maj oring in anesthesiology in our university of grade 2020 as teaching subjects.Th e anesthesia pharmacology courses were taught using the clinical case teaching m ode.After completing the course,students′learning abilities were evaluated b ased on their assessment scores and questionnaire survey responses.Additionally,feedback was collected regarding students′satisfaction with the clinical cas e teaching model and their perceived job competence.RESULTS Th e students demonstrated excellent mastery of the subject knowledge,and both the ir learning abilities and job competence showed improvement.The students held a positive attitude towards the clinical case teaching model.CONCLUSION The clinical case teaching model has the potential to enhance students′job competence,and its instructional effectiveness is noteworthy,making it a valuable approach to be promoted in anesthesia pharmacology teaching.
