摘 要:目的基于“岗课赛证”融通,开展《医药商品实务》课程教学改革,以提高课程教学质量,培养适应医药行业发展的高素质技术技能型人才。方法厘清岗课赛证融通的内涵和路径,以药店岗位需求重构课程内容,依据学情等确立三维教学目标,创新“12345”的教学策略,虚实结合构建教学资源,融入思政元素,采用素能并重的评价体系,实施混合式教学模式。结果和结论教学改革促进“德、知、技”全面提升。《医药商品实务》课程教学改革有特色、有创新,成效显著。OBJECTIVE To carry out the teaching reform of Pharmaceutical Co mmodity Practice based on the integration of post,course,competition and certi ficate,so as to improve the teaching quality and cultivate high-quality techni cal and skilled talents adapted to the development of the pharmaceutical industr y.METHODS To clarify the connotation and path of the integrati on of post,course,competition and certificate,reconstruct the course content according to the post demand of pharmacy,establish three-dimensional teaching objectives according to the academic situation,innovate the teaching strategy o f“12345”,build teaching resources by combining virtual and real,integrate i deological and political elements,and adopt an evaluation system that attaches equal importance to physical and mental ability.RESULTS andCONCLUSION The im plementation of mixed teaching mode promoted the comprehensive improvement of“moral,knowledge and technology”.The teaching refo rm of Pharmaceutical Commodity Practice has characteristics,innovation and rema rkable effects.
