摘 要:以琼脂和水溶性较好的季铵化壳聚糖为起始原料,利用非共价键作用制备出季铵化壳聚糖-琼脂水凝胶粒,通过负载尿素,研究其对尿素的缓释性能。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、X-射线衍射以及扫描电子显微镜等对产物进行结构表征。结果证实,具有多孔结构的季铵化壳聚糖-琼脂水凝胶粒已合成并成功负载尿素。制备的水凝胶粒溶胀率达397.53%,对尿素的包封率为51.83%,室温释放72 h累计释放率达81.37%,呈现良好的缓释效果。因此,为进一步开发新型高效的农业缓释材料提供了科学依据。Using agar and quaternized chitosan with good water solubility as starting materials,quaternized chitosan-agar hydrogel particles were prepared by non-covalent bonding and the sustained-release property of quaternized chitosan-agar hydrogel particles on urea was studied.The structure of the product was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that quaternized chitosan-agar hydrogel particles with porous structure have been synthesized and successfully loaded with urea.The prepared hydrogel particles had good swelling rate(397.53%)and the encapsulation rate of urea(51.83%).The cumulative release rate of urea was 81.37%after 72 h at room temperature,showing a good slow-release effect.Therefore,this study provides a scientific basis for further development of novel and efficient agricultural slow-release materials.
