摘　　要：通过思考临床高龄老年患者共病综合治疗的临床实践,阐释在高龄老年患者共病综合治疗中应用哲学理论系统、辩证、全面地认识老年共病的客观性、相互联系性、复杂性与异质性,根据临床实践中的具体案例制定针对主要矛盾、提出重点更突出性的个性化综合治疗方案,厘清综合治疗的思路,启迪创新的方向,为探索老年共病治疗的新路径奠定坚实基础,最大程度地发挥老年患者躯体功能、改善预后生活质量、维持生命的延续,促进健康老龄化,具有积极深远的意义。Through the reflection on the clinical practices of comprehensive treatment of geriatric comorbidity,this paper elucidates the application of a systematic,dialectical and comprehensive philosophical approach that recognizes the objectivity,interconnection,complexity,and heterogeneity of geriatric comorbidity.It advocates for the development of personalized comprehensive treatment plans that focus more prominently on the main contradictions,clarifies the ideas behind comprehensive treatment,inspires innovative directions,and explores new pathways for the treatment of geriatric comorbidity.This endeavor holds positive and far-reaching implications for maximizing physical function,improving quality of life,prolonging life,and promoting healthy aging.
