地方综合年鉴“年度聚焦”类目的编纂

摘　　要：挖掘年度特色类目是提升地方综合年鉴资料价值、展示行政区域年度发展亮点的重要途径。在年鉴框架基本稳定的基础上,设置“年度聚焦”类目,可以让读者在一部信息量庞大的年鉴中迅速抓住行政区域年度特色亮点,从而了解一个行政区域的发展状态。“年度聚焦”类目在编纂中应充分挖掘行政区域内上一年度的大事、要事、新事、特事,组织形成高质量的分目、条目,并在之后的年鉴编纂中持续关注特定事件后续进展情况进行适当记载,以保证资料的连续性和完整性,提升年鉴的存史价值。Identifying categories of annual significance is an important way to enhance the information value of local comprehensive yearbook and highlight the key annual developments in administrative regions.Building on largely stable frameworks of yearbooks,establishing an"Annual Focus"category enables readers to quickly identify the annual characteristics and highlights of administrative regions amidst the extensive content of the yearbook,thereby comprehending the development status of a region.The"Annual Focus"category in the compilation process should include significant,important,novel,and special events within the administrative region of the previous year,and organize these events into high-quality sub-categories and entries.Furthermore,in subsequent compilations,we should continue to monitor the ongoing progress of specific events and make appropriate records to ensure the continuity and completeness of information and enhance the yearbook's historical value。
