摘  要:随着教育改革不断深化,“五育并举”工作进一步落地,小学体育课程得到优化,有关小学生的体能素质提升和运动技巧方面的内容变得更加丰富,旨在塑造小学生的健康体质和提升他们的竞技运动技巧。当前有部分小学体育教学内容简单,课程枯燥,训练方式缺乏技巧性,导致背越式跳高体育课程教学成果不理想,学生对动作技术掌握不到位。该文以此为基础,探讨提高小学背越式跳高成绩的提升路径,总结出一些训练技巧,丰富教育板块中的相关理论成果,以期为小学体育课程中如何教导学生提高背越式跳高成绩,提供理论参考。With the continuous deepening of education reform,the work of"educating five domains simultaneously"has been further strengthened and implemented,and the physical education curriculum in primary schools has been further optimized.The content on improving the physical fitness and sports skills of primary school students has become more abundant,aiming to shape their healthy physique and competitive sports skills.At present,some primary school physical education teaching content is simple,the curriculum is boring,and the training methods lack technical skills,resulting in unsatisfactory teaching results in the back-style high jump physical education course and inadequate mastery of student movement skills.Based on this,the paperexplores the ways to improve the performance of primary school back-style high jump,summarizes some training techniques,and enriches the relevant theoretical achievements in the education sector,in order to provide theoretical references for how to teach students to improve their performance in back-style high jump in primary school physical education courses.
