摘　　要：篮球的传接球技术是篮球基本技术中重要的一环,也是贯穿篮球比赛流畅程度的重要枢纽。传接球技术的好坏直接影响到队员衔接下一技术动作的完成度,同时也影响战术组织配合的执行质量。篮球的传接球将场上的队员紧密联系到一起,传接球水平的提高,可以给队友创造好的进攻机会,带动整个球队的进攻。首先,该文通过文献综述法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,分析篮球传接球技术动作的动作要领有传球的发力顺序、传球时机、传球隐蔽性、接球时的缓冲和传接球时的假动作。其次,通过研究,分析出影响传接球技术的几方面因素。最后,根据其影响因素提出相对应的建议:(1)加强队员的基本功训练;(2)提高传球技术的训练强度;(3)提高身体素质的训练强度;(4)注重心理素质的训练。The passing and catching skill of basketball is an important part of the basic skills of basketball,and also an important pivotthroughout the fluency of basketball games.The quality of passing and catching skill directly affects the completion degree of the next technical actionof the players,and also affects the execution quality of tactical organization and cooperation.The passing and catching of basketball will closely connect the players on the courtogether,and the improvement of the level of passing and catching can create good offensive opportunities for teammates and drive the whole team's offense.Firstly,the paper analyzes the action essentials of basketball passing and catching technical action through the research methods such as literature review method and logical analysis method,which are the power sequence of passing,the timing of passing,the hiddenness of passing,the buffer when catching the ball and the fake action when passing and catch ing the ball.Secondly,through the study,several factors affecting the passing and catching technique are analyzed.Finally,according to its influencing factors,corresponding suggestions are put forward:strengthen the basic training of theplayers;②improve the training intensity of the passing technique;improve the training intensity of physical quality;pay attention to the training of psychological quality.
