摘　　要：结直肠癌是严重危害人们健康的疾病之一,其发病率和死亡率在恶性肿瘤中位居前列。20世纪70年代,我国浙江省嘉善县被确认为结直肠癌死亡率最高的县级单位。本文系统回顾了自20世纪70年代至2024年以嘉善县为代表的结直肠癌高发现场的工作。Colorectal cancer is a serious threat to public health,with its incidence and mortality ranking at the top of malignant tumors.In the 1970s,Jiashan County in Zhejiang Province was identified as the county with the highest colorectal cancer mortality rate.This paper systematically reviewed the work conducted in Jiashan County a high-risk areas for colorectal cancer from the 1970s to 2024.
