摘　　要：迄今为止的免疫疗法研究主要集中于T淋巴细胞,但越来越多的证据表明,肿瘤浸润B淋巴细胞和浆细胞[统称为肿瘤浸润B淋巴细胞(tumor-infiltrating B lymphocyte,TIL-B)]在肿瘤控制中具有至关重要的协同作用。在许多癌症中,TIL-B在标准治疗和免疫检查点阻断的背景下均显示出较高的预测和预后意义,为利用其独特的免疫学特性提供了新的治疗机会的前景。本文旨在综述实体瘤浸润B淋巴细胞的研究进展。To date,research on immunotherapy has focused on T lymphocyte,but there is growing evidence that tumor infiltrating B lymphocyte and plasma cells[collectively known as tumor-infiltrating B lymphocyte(TIL-B)]are found to be a crucial synergistic role in tumor control.In many cancers,TIL-B has shown strong predictive and prognostic significance in the context of both standard therapy and immune checkpoint blocking,which offers the prospect of new therapeutic opportunities to exploit its unique immunological properties.This paper aims to review the research progress of solid tumor infiltrating B lymphocyte.
