摘 要:由于悬臂式双级纵移钻锚机结构比较复杂,在实际工作中工况较多,液压马达在工作时会以一定的激励频率对其造成冲击,故需要对其进行模态分析,以防止发生共振使设备失效。通过对其基本工况进行分析得出4种主要工况,并使用SolidWorks和ANSYS软件对其进行模态分析,结果表明钻锚机前六阶的固有频率与液压马达在连续工作或断续工作时的频率都不接近或相等,不会发生共振,满足设计要求。Due to the complex structure of the cantilever double stage longitudinal drilling anchor machine and the many working conditions in actual work,the hydraulic motor will have an impact on it at a certain excitation frequency during operation.Therefore,modal analysis was needed to prevent resonance and equipment failure.By analyzing its basic working conditions,four main working conditions were identified,and modal analysis was conducted using SolidWorks and ANSYS software.The results showed that the natural frequencies of the first six orders of the drilling anchor machine were not close to or equal to the frequencies of the hydraulic motor during continuous or intermittent operation,and resonance did not occur,meeting the design requirements.
