基于数字徽章的中小学教师个性化专业发展路径研究——来自美国弗吉尼亚州的启示

摘  要:数字徽章的有效认证对于中小学教师的专业发展具有重要作用。基于此,梳理数字徽章的内涵及其认证功能,分析其在中小学教师个性化专业发展中的应用。借鉴数字徽章在美国弗吉尼亚等州中小学应用与发展的成熟经验,提出对我国中小学教师专业发展的启示:教育机构应积极探索学习成果认证的方式;对中小学教师非正式学习经历进行认证;制定与数字徽章体系相衔接的课程体系;建立以数字徽章为核心的中小学教师个性化教师专业发展体系,从而促进中小学教师的专业发展。The effective certification of digital badges plays an important role in the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers.This paper sorts out the connotation and authentication function of digital badge,and analyzes its application in the individualized professional development of primary and secondary school teachers.Drawing on the mature experience of the application and development of digital badges in primary and secondary schools in Virginia and other states of the United States,this paper puts forward the enlightenment to the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers in China:educational institutions should actively explore the way of learning achievement certification;certify the informal learning experience of primary and secondary school teachers;formulate a curriculum system that is connected with the digital badge system;and establish a personalized professional development system for primary and secondary school teachers with digital badges as the core,so as to promote the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers.
