摘  要:发挥学前教育评价的科学引领作用,促进幼儿全面健康发展,关键在于提升幼儿教师的评价素养。基于此,以能力素质冰山模型理论为依据,结合国内外教师评价素养的研究和实践进展,明确幼儿评价素养的核心内涵,解析幼儿评价素养的结构与要素,尝试构建以评价态度、评价知识、评价能力为核心的幼儿评价素养模型,并从宏观、中观、微观三个层面提出培育幼儿评价素养的策略。To give full play to the scientific leading role of preschool education evaluation and promote the all-round and healthy development of children,the key is to improve the evaluation literacy of preschool teachers.Based on the theory of iceberg model of competency and quality,this paper combines the research and practical progress of teachers’evaluation literacy at home and abroad,clarifies the core connotation of children’s evaluation literacy,analyzes the structure and elements of children’s evaluation literacy,tries to construct a model of children’s evaluation literacy with evaluation attitude,evaluation knowledge and evaluation ability as the core,and proposes strategies to cultivate children’s evaluation literacy from macro,meso and micro levels.
