摘　　要：目的 了解国内外健康素养型医疗机构(health literate health care organization, HLHO)建设策略,为我国医疗机构开展HLHO建设提供指导。方法 检索及纳入PubMed、知网等8个中英文数据库中的文献,采用滚雪球法收集政府和学术机构文件。以HLHO逻辑框架为指导,采用定向质性内容分析法提取和分析文献信息,归纳形成HLHO建设策略。结果 最终纳入24篇文献。形成的HLHO建设策略包括管理层致力于健康素养促进、员工致力于健康素养促进、医疗机构的物质环境建设、服务对象参与健康素养促进过程及医疗机构外部环境支持健康素养促进5项主题。结论 本研究形成的HLHO建设策略扩展了HLHO逻辑框架,为我国医疗机构践行《健康中国行动(2019—2030年)》提供借鉴。Objective To insight into the construction strategies of health literate health care organization(HLHO)both domestically and internationally,and to provide guidance for health care organizations in China to constructing HLHO.Methods Searching and screening eight Chinese and English databases,the snowball method was used to collect documents from governmental and academic institutions.The HLHO logical framework was used as a guide to analyze information from the literature using a directed qualitative content analysis method to summarize the HLHO construction strategies.Results twenty-four documents were eventually included.The HLHO construction strategies developed into five themes:management commitment to health literacy promotion,staff commitment to health literacy promotion,the physical environment of the health care organization,client participation into the health literacy promotion and the external environment of the health care organization to support health literacy promotion.Conclusions The HLHO construction strategies extends the HLHO Logical Framework,providing reference for Chinese medical institutions to implement the Healthy China initiative(2019-2030).
