摘　　要：中国共产党新质生产力观内涵丰富,其生成受到中国古代朴素“生产力观”、马克思主义生产力理论以及我国社会主要矛盾变化和经济全球化的影响,三个方面既各有侧重,又彼此存在关联,具有理论的逻辑自洽性。中国共产党新质生产力观是百年来党领导人民艰苦奋斗的产物,在新民主主义革命时期破除阻碍社会生产力发展的制度障碍,为推进农业生产发展进行了积极探索;在社会主义革命和建设时期以三大改造为撬动点,激发人的生产意识并发挥生产能动性;改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期,在解放思想和改革体制中解放发展社会生产力;中国特色社会主义新时代,通过以创新驱动为内核的发展引领,推动生产力向“新”与“质”方向迈进。新时代中国共产党新质生产力观的生成历经艰难的实践和探索,在推进中国式现代化进程中不断丰富发展。The new qualitative productivity concept of the CPC is rich in connotation.Its formation is influenced by the simple“productivity concept”of ancient China,Marxist productivity theory,changes in the main contradictions of our society and economic globalization.The three aspects have their own emphases and are related to each other,with theoretical logical self-consistency.The new qualitative productivity concept of the CPC is the product of the hard work of the people led by the Party over the past century.During the New Democratic Revolution,the institutional barriers that hindered the development of social productivity were removed,and active explorations were made to promote the development of agricultural production;during the socialist revolution and construction period,the three major reforms were used as leverage points to stimulate people's production consciousness and give full play to their production initiative;in the new period of reform and opening up and socialist modernization construction,social productivity was liberated and developed in the process of emancipating the mind and reforming the system;in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the development of innovation-driven development has promoted productivity to move towards the“new”and“quality”direction.The formation of the new qualitative productivity concept of the CPC in the new era has gone through difficult practice and exploration,and has been continuously enriched and developed in the process of promoting Chinese-style modernization.
