摘  要:本文探讨了新时代背景下国有石油企业文化建设与传播路径的创新策略。面对全球能源转型、数字化变革、全球化竞争等挑战,国有石油企业需强化科技创新、倡导绿色低碳、拓展国际合作,构建具有时代特征和行业特色的企业文化体系。本文强调了国有石油企业文化建设的重要性,指出员工在文化建设中的主体作用,并提出通过教育培训、职业发展规划等途径增强员工认同感。同时,本文建议构建企业智库平台,利用新媒体技术拓宽文化传播渠道,以适应新时代发展需求,助力企业高质量发展。This paper explores innovative strategies for the construction and dissemination path of corporate culture in state-owned petroleum enterprises within the context of the new era.Faced with challenges such as global energy transition,digital transformation,and global competition,state-owned petroleum enterprises must strengthen technological innovation,advocate for green and low-carbon initiatives,and expand international cooperation to build a corporate culture system with contemporary and industry-specific characteristics.The paper emphasizes the importance of corporate culture construction in state-owned petroleum enterprises,highlights the key role of employees in this process,and proposes enhancing employee identification through education,training,and career development planning.Additionally,it suggests building a corporate thinktank platform and leveraging new media technologies to expand cultural dissemination channels to meet the development needs of the new era and promote high-quality corporate growth.
