不同EVOH共挤高阻隔片材的性能研究

摘  要:通过试验对比研究了PP/Tie/EVOH/Tie/PP、PS/Tie/EVOH/Tie/PS、PS/Tie/EVOH/Tie/PE三种共挤高阻隔片材的阻隔性能、力学性能、成型性能。结果表明:三种片材都有好的阻氧性能,且随着EVOH层厚度的增加,阻氧性能越好。PP/Tie/EVOH/Tie/PP片材成型温度高,韧性好,较难冲切,PS/Tie/EVOH/Tie/PS、PS/Tie/EVOH/Tie/PE片材刚性好,易成型,好冲切。The barrier properties,mechanical properties and molding properties of PP/Tie/EVOH/Tie/PP,PS/Tie/EVOH/Tie/PS and PS/Tie/EVOH/Tie/PE were studied by experiments.The results show that all three kinds of sheets have good oxygen resistance,and the oxygen resistance becomes better with the increase of EVOH thickness.PP/Tie/EVOH/Tie/PP sheet has high molding temperature,good toughness and is difficult to punch,PS/Tie/EVOH/Tie/PS,PS/Tie/EVOH/Tie/PE sheet has good rigidity and is easy to form and punching.
