摘　　要：蒙医心身互动疗法作为一种新型的群体自然疗法,特色性融合了认知行为理论及治疗方法,为认知行为理论及治疗技术在非心理治疗领域的应用带来创新。基于认知行为理论的视角,对蒙医心身互动疗法与团体认知行为治疗进行了对比分析,揭示了两者在核心理论、治疗技术、治疗模式、应用领域等多方面上的异同。通过阐述蒙医心身互动疗法中认知行为治疗的特色应用,总结其目前的优势与局限性,进一步探讨认知行为理论及治疗技术在非心理治疗领域的潜在应用,并为民族医学整合发展提供参考路径。Mongolian mind-body interactive therapy(MMBIT),as an innovative group natural therapy,distinctively integrates cognitive behavioral theory and therapeutic methods,bringing innovation to the application of cognitive behavioral theory and treatment techniques in fields beyond psychological therapy.From the perspective of cognitive behavioral theory,a comparative analysis was conducted between MMBIT and group cognitive behavioral therapy(G-CBT),revealing similarities and differences in core theories,therapeutic techniques,treatment patterns,and application areas.By elucidating the unique application of CBT in MMBIT,this study summarizes its current strengths and limitations,further exploring the potential applications of cognitivebehavioral theory and therapeutic techniques in non-psychological treatment fields,and providing a reference path for the integration and development of ethnic medicine.
