摘　　要：疟疾粉是献方运动的早期成果,一度轰动又迅速从临床视野消失。制方特色鲜明、官方树立典型、切合群众需求是疟疾粉受到关注的主要原因;评价方法不当、工作执行偏差及其他措施干预是其热度转冷的关键。它展现了献方运动的三个内核:一是技术上对民间秘验方祛魅。二是政策上通过献方对医药知识再分配,改善医药资源的总体不足与分布不均。三是作为爱国卫生运动的重要环节,服务基层卫生防疫。上述经验表明,当代民间医药需要符合自身特点的评价路径,从政府“主导”转向“引导”,发挥群众路线优势,形成卫生健康事业的中国经验。Malaria powder was an early achievement of the prescription campaign,which once caused a sensation but quickly disappeared from medical practice.The distinctive features of the prescription,its official endorsement as a model,and its alignment with public needs were the main reasons for its attention.The decline in its popularity was due to improper evaluation methods,execution deviations,and other intervening measures.It reflects three core aspects of the prescription campaign:first,the technical demystification of folk secret remedies;second,the redistribution of medical knowledge through prescriptions to address the overall shortage and uneven distribution of medical resources;and third,its role as an important part of the patriotic health movement,serving grassroots health prevention and control.These experiences suggest that contemporary folk medicine requires evaluation pathways suited to its characteristics,shifting from government"domination"to"guidance",leveraging the advantages of mass participation,and forming a Chinese experience in public health and wellness.
