摘 要:近些年来,爆炸源近区的天然气输气管道安全问题受到广泛关注。以某案例为背景,在爆炸空气冲击波作用下,对一埋地输气管道的减振结构进行数值模拟。采用有限元软件LS-DYNA分析爆炸后空气冲击波对管道的动力响应,计算管道是否能正常安全运行;在其他条件不变的条件下,通过调整回填土密度,进一步研究回填土密度为1600、1700kg/m3时对管道位移和振动影响情况。此外,对原来减振模型进行了调整,并对新的减振模型效果进行了分析模拟。结果表明:在原减振结构下管道振动峰值响应速度为13.80cm/s,满足小于14cm/s的规范安全建议值。增加管道周围回填土密度可使振动速度减小,但效果不明显;调整过后的减振模型,大幅减小了管道的位移和振动速度响应,考虑到施工便利性及经济性,新减振模型项目实际应用还有待进一步分析。这2种减振结构都能保证埋地管道更好地保持安全运行,为今后类似工程提供了参考。In recent years,the safety of natural gas pipelines in the proximity of the explosion source has received widespread attention.In this paper,a specific case is used as a background for numerical simulation of a vibration reduction scheme for a soil buried gas pipeline under the action of the air blast.Finite element software LS-DYNA is used to analyze the dynamic response of the pipeline to the air shock wave after the explosion,and to calculate whether the pipeline could operate normally and safely;under the condition that other conditions remain unchanged,by adjusting the density of the backfill soil,the impact under backfill density of 1600 kg/m3,1700 kg/m3 on the displacement and vibration of the pipeline is further investigated;in addition,the original damping model was adjusted and its damping effect was simulated.The results show that the peak vibration of the pipeline under the original damping structure is 13.80 cm/s,which meets the safety requirement of less than 14 cm/s.While increasing the density of the backfill could reduce the vibration,but the effect is not obvious,the adjusted model greatly reduces the displacement and vibration velocity of the pipeline,considering the economy,the practical feasibility of the new idea has to be further analyzed.Both vibration damping structures make the pipeline operate safely and can provide references for similar projects in the future.
