摘 要:针对花山煤矿赋存条件较好的煤层储量不断减少,开采大倾角(倾角为35°~55°)煤层逐渐成为煤矿趋势,传统直线综采割煤工艺已无法适应采煤工作面生产。采用计算机动态仿真方法对花山煤矿急倾斜综采面割煤工艺进行模拟研究分析,通过非线性大倾角综采面动态仿真分析,找到非线性大倾角综采面切顶留底规律、切顶留底与溜槽位置关系,以及非线性大倾角综采面相关参数对割煤工艺影响,依据相关规律对非线性大倾角综采面割煤工艺与相关设备稳定性进行了优化改进,得出花山矿刮板输送机防下滑应采用上行清理浮煤、下行采面割煤工艺、支架与推溜装置相连、加装锚固站方法。花山煤矿液压支架稳定应采用加装侧护板、调架梁与排头支架的方法,提升了综采面回采效率,保证了井下安全高效生产。In view of the decreasing reserves of coal seams with relatively good occurrence conditions in Huashan Coal Mine,mining large inclination angle coal seams(with an inclination angle of 35°-55°)gradually becomes a trend in coal mines.The traditional straight-line comprehensive mining and coal cutting technique is no longer suitable for coal mining working face production.The computer dynamic simulation method is used to simulate study and analyze the coal cutting technique of the steeply inclined comprehensive mining face in Huashan Coal Mine.Through the dynamic simulation analysis of the nonlinear large inclination angle comprehensive mining face,the cutting top and leaving bottom laws of the nonlinear large inclination angle comprehensive mining face,the relationship between cutting top and leaving bottom and the position of the chute,and the influence of the relevant parameters of the nonlinear large inclination angle comprehensive mining face on the coal cutting technique are found.Based on the relevant laws,the coal cutting technique and related equipment stability of the nonlinear large inclination angle comprehensive mining face are optimized and improved.It is concluded that the anti downward sliding of the scraper conveyor in Huashan Mine should adopt the methods of upward cleaning of floating coal,downward mining face coal cutting technique,connection between brackets and the pushing and sliding device,and installation of anchoring stations.The stability of the hydraulic bracket in Huashan Coal Mine should adopt the method of installing side guard plates,adjusting frame beams and head pushing brackets,which improves the stoping efficiency of the fully mechanized mining face and ensures safe and efficient production in downholes.
